LeaseCheckNL places the contract, chosen index and invoice beside the recalculated amount. We agree the properties, years, documents and delivery date in advance.
Fixed quote before work starts
You receive a fixed quote for the agreed assignment. Work starts after you approve the scope and price. A first email request does not take a payment or create an agreement automatically.
What the result means
A numerical difference is a reason to review the same contract clause, period and invoice items. It does not by itself prove overpayment, an incorrect invoice or a right to a refund.
Responsibilities and limits
You remain responsible for source selection, the applicable contract rules, CPI series, reference dates and further action. The result is not a legal, tax, financial or property judgment. Ask a qualified adviser if a clause or its legal effects are unclear.
